Sensible Design "Space-conscious." At times industrial, it's simple and stripped down. And it carries a particular appeal during a time when we're all so conscious of keeping spending in check.

Vintage & Antiques Either true vintage or newly "distressed". You've heard the phrase 'Shabby Chic'? Best of all - finding new uses for old.

Rococo & Neo-Baroque Layering ornate details in a contemporary way; mixing contemporary with Old World. This look is epitomized by striking wallpaper set off by lacquered furniture along with collections of intriguing art and bits of "mystery".

Natural & Recycled Green has gone mainstream - no longer just "pc", but an accepted, even expected way of life. A "sense of community around 'anti-throwing-awayism'," ways Angela Ringo of Stylesight. Natural materials are the new "gotta have".
